As a CRM Business Consultant with significant experience in Microsoft CRM as well as Clarify and Seibel, my speciality is ensuring that a CRM implementation delivers quantifiable results for all users across the company. I’ve worked across all phases of the SDLC, including requirements workshops and solutions design as well as training and project management.
